A sports budget 2011 that despises the world of sport French!

In announcing a sports budget trimmed by 15% compared to last year, Madam Minister welcomes the effort made to contribute to the reduction of public spending!

The sports movement can only be shocked after all the public statements made around Cup World Cup, European Championships in Athletics or swimming.

Since the arrival of the right to power in 2002, this budget has been sacrificed, it is down 40%! The budget allocated to sport for all is divided by 4 to 5 years. President candidate committed to a budget sport to 3% of the national budget. Today, with a drop of more than 35 million euros from the appropriations sport, we hit bottom, the budget would represent 0.4% of sports budget.

While some may argue NSDC that offsets this decline, specify that it will contribute up to 150 million euros for the construction of stadiums for Euro soccer 2016, over 50% of their credits at the expense of building facilities sports outreach and assistance to amateur clubs who are increasingly excluded by the new criteria for the award.

This budget highlights the lack of ambition for the sport and reveals a policy of personal communication in which the sport is abandoned and despised. But beyond that, the sport utility which is endangered. After the disappearance of the departmental directorates and youth sports and sports dilution missions in social cohesion, the trend at work is the simple disappearance of the sports ministry. The report submitted by David Douillet has already begun its replacement by an "Agency of French sport."

is why it is time to call for the mobilization of the sports movement. For that sport remains a right for everyone, our country needs a real national policy and substantial resources.

This national policy should be based on a true public service of sport based on a full-service department and communities of full sovereignty. The national sport policy should allow the pooling of resources within the sports movement, whose unity is a prerequisite for the development of sport in all its dimensions.

One priority should be support and recognition of volunteers who sustain the sport in this country.

In presenting this budget, the government opted for "Sport-bizness" against the sustainable development of all sports need to ensure the right of access to sports for everyone
